Daniela Saccon
Daniela Saccon is the special service team member who does it all. Daniela teaches theory in the 3-day Introductory Gelato class, as well as assists with the hands-on part of the course. When she is not teaching, Daniela handles orders and customer inquiries. Daniela has a BA in Business and Society from York University and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from Schulich. She has taken gelato and food courses in Italy and the U.S.
Before joining PreGel, Daniela worked in the restaurant equipment sector of the industry. Daniela was born and raised in Toronto, and has travelled throughout Canada, Italy and the Caribbean. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies and spending time outdoors with her 2 dogs. She also loves reading and cooking as she has a passion for food and collecting recipe books.
