Here at the PreGel Canada test kitchen, we have been busy experimenting and cranking out some innovative recipes that will hopefully inspire you! From old childhood classics to emerging trendy ideas, we have transformed these familiar flavours into delectable frozen treats.
Peanut Butter and Jam: A childhood favourite that's not just for breakfast; it is perfect any time of the day.
- 2000g Milk
- 400g Sugar
- 50g Dextrose
- 100g Diamant 50
- 310g Traditional Paste: Peanut
Variegate with Arabeschi - Peach Orange, or any of our other fruit Arabeschi.
Italian Rum Ball: A classic old school Italian dessert with a cool new twist.
- 2000g Milk
- 200g Cream
- 400g Sugar
- 50g Dextrose
- 110g Diamant 50
- 180g Traditional Paste - Cioccolatino
Sprinkle generously with brown chocolate sprinkles.
Green Tea Chai: Combining the healthful benefits of Green Tea with the warm aroma of Chai spices to create a light and refreshing gelato.
- 1100g Super Sprint - Green Tea (1 bag)
- 1250g Milk
- 1350g Water (This is 100g more than is recommended on the bag)
- 100g Traditional Paste - Spekulatius
Decorate with cinnamon sticks, whole star anise, and a few slices of crystallized ginger.
Limoncello Sunrise: Ahhh! A summertime drink ideal for a day at the beach transformed into a thirst-quenching sorbetto, complete with a tropical sweet & sour kick!
- 2000g Water
- 120g Limoncello Liquer
- 100g PreGel Flavour in Powder: Limoncello
- 100g Fruttosa
- 600g Sugar
- 45g Fibraplus
- 4g Vellutina
Variegate with thin drizzles of Fortefrutto - Pink Guava for a bright pink sweet and sour swirl; a perfect contrast to the pale yellow sorbetto.
"Noce e Fichi - Sapori di Tarda Estate"
Walnut & Fig - A Taste of Late Summer: Reminiscent of lazy Italian summers, this flavour combining rich, crunchy walnuts, and sweet, sticky figs is sure to become a new favourite.

- 75g Skim Milk Powder
- 200g Cream
- 425g Sugar
- 50g Dextrose
- 110g Diamant 50
- 195g Traditional Paste: Sorrento Walnut
Variegate generously with thick ribbons of Arabeschi - Fig Sauce.
