PreGel CANADA is ready to roll out its new 2009 Novelties. This year's novelty class offers some new and exciting Super Sprint, Traditional Paste and Fortefrutto® flavours'.
As PreGel continues on the path to provide new and innovative products to the market, this year's novelty class is a reflection of that, offering a little bit of everything to a broad range of specialty dessert retailers.
Traditional Paste:
Spekulatius
This is a delicious "German spiced cookie" paste, jam-packed with warm, comforting spices such as ginger and cinnamon.
Oro D'Oro
A traditional Italian gelato flavor, Oro D'Oro is a paste that combines vanilla and egg flavoring similar to old-fashion custard. This paste also has a marked lemon note.
Fortefrutto®:
Pink Grapefruit
A favourite in our Super Sprint line, this refreshing and tart flavour is now available as a Fortefrutto, allowing customers more flexibility in customizing their recipe.
Bilberry
An intense, dark paste studded with tiny, succulent blueberries, this traditional Canadian berry will become a hit with your customers.
Blackberry
A huge hit on the West Coast, this paste will produce a juicy and slightly tart gelato or sorbetto with the gorgeous purple hue that this berry is known for.
Super Sprint:
Chocolate Sorbet Super Sprint
This Super Sprint produces a dark, rich and intense Chocolate Sorbet that is lower in calories than chocolate gelato but will satisfy any chocoholic's craving.
