PREGEL HOSTS CANADIAN PASTRY CHEFS GUILD

PreGel CANADA hosted the Canadian Pastry Chefs Guild February 17-18. The event was an introduction to gelato, PreGel products and Carpigiani equipment. PreGel's General Manager Luca Costella and Special Service Team Member Daniela Saccon, along with the Guild's own Joseph Montinaro lead the event sharing the theory of gelato and demonstrating the production process of gelato.
The Canadian Pastry Chefs The Guild Journal wrote:
"What a fantastic day we had. PreGel was most hospitable and put on a great educational day for all of the attendees. We had an enlightening morning learning the theory of Gelato, Sorbet and Ice Cream from Daniela Saccon who is one of the Special Service Team at PreGel CANADA, Inc. Then we were treated to a lunch and Espresso followed by a tasty afternoon demo of a wondrous array of Gelato prepared by Luca Costella the Regional Sales Manager for PreGel, assisted by Daniela. If you have the opportunity to go to a demo or seminar hosted by PreGel it is well worth your time."
