Tip: Before decorating place gelato in freezer so it's firm and resistant to melting as you decorate.
Winter Wonderland

Ingredients:
- 1 pan of PreGel Coconut Traditional Paste gelato
- 1 bag of large marshmallows (makes snowmen)
- 1 bag of thin pretzel sticks (makes snowmen arms)
- 1 bag of shredded coconut (makes snow)
- 5-8 sugar cones (makes evergreen trees)
- 1 bottle of sliver ball sprinkles
- 1 bottle of red ball sprinkles
- 1 tub of black icing
- 1 tub of green icing
- 1 tub white icing
Directions:
1. Top gelato with shredded coconut "snow" after extraction.
2. Place snowmen and evergreen tress randomly throughout gelato as you desire.
3. Place in blast freezer or display case immediately following decoration.
To create Evergreen Trees:
1. Frost sugar cones with green icing.
2. Decorate with sliver and red ball sprinkles.
3. Immediately place the cones in the gelato once decorated.
To create Marshmallow Snowmen:
1. "Glue" two marshmallows together by placing a small blob of white icing on top of one of the marshmallows and placing another marshmallow on top of the icing. Repeat this procedure with a third marshmallow, so that you end up with three stacked marshmallows, stuck together with icing. This is your snowman body.
2. Break a pretzel stick in half for arms, and carefully push the halves into the sides of the middle marshmallow.
3. Black icing can be used to create eyes, buttons, and a mouth. Green icing can be used to make a snow hat. Be creative.
4. Immediately place the snowmen in the gelato once complete.
Tip: A pretzel stick can also help if inserted at the bottom of the snowman to place in gelato.
Candy Cane

Ingredients:
