2. Place in blast freezer or display case immediately following decoration
Blood Bath

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of gummy candy eyeballs
- 1 bag of gummy candy vampire teeth
- 1 bag of red licorice strings (makes bloody veins)
- 5 lollipops shaped like bones
- 1 kitchen knife
- 1 pan of PreGel White Mint Traditional Paste or white-colored gelato flavor
- 1 pan of PreGel Strawberry Fortefrutto® gelato
- As desired PreGel Fragolissima Arabeschi® and PreGel Strawberry Topping (makes blood splatter and blood clots)
Directions:
1. Place candy ingredients randomly throughout gelato after extraction
2. Once decorated, top with Fragolissima Arabeschi® and Strawberry Topping to look like blood splatter and blood clots
3. Place in blast freezer or display case immediately following decoration
To create Gelato Brains:
1. Use Strawberry Fortefrutto® and push it through a Spaetzle Press onto a serving dish
2. Mold "noodles" into a brain shape by piling them onto each other and cupping with your hands. Cut a shallow line down the middle to make it look even more authentic.
3. Place the dish into the freezer to firm up the gelato "brain" for about 20-30 minutes
4. When ready, place in gelato pan along with other decorations
To create Bloody Eyeballs:
1. Simply wrap gummy eyeballs with red lickerish strings and place together into the gelato to hold
Graveyard

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Pepperidge Farm® Milano Cookies (makes gravestones)
- 1 bag of Oreo®® cookies (makes dirt)
- 8- 12 meringue ghosts
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tube of black cake decorating gel
- 1 pan of PreGel Cacaopat or Pronticcioc Traditional Pastes gelato
Directions:
1. Top gelato with Oreo® crumb "dirt" after extraction
2. Place gravestone and ghost randomly throughout gelato as you desire
3. Place in blast freezer or display case immediately following decoration
To create Meringue Ghosts:
1. Line 2 baking sheets (each 14 x 17 inch) with cooking parchment, or butter sheets and dust with flour.
2. In a deep bowl, with a mixer at high speed, whip egg whites and cream of tartar to thick foam. Continuing to beat, add sugar, 1 tablespoon every 30 seconds, then whip until meringue holds very stiff peaks.
3. Beat in vanilla. If using cooking parchment, smear a little meringue on the underside of each corner to make it stick to baking sheets.
4. Spoon meringue into a pastry bag fitted with a 1/2-inch plain tip (or spoon into a gallon-size heavy plastic food bag, then cut off 1 corner to make a 1/2-inch-wide opening). Pipe meringue onto baking sheets into ghostly shapes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, 2 to 4 inches wide, and 4 to 6 inches long, spacing about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake in a 200° F (93° C) oven until meringues begin to turn pale gold and are firm to touch, 1-1/4 to 1 1/2 hours (1 to 1-1/4 hours in a convection oven); switch pan positions halfway through baking. Turn off heat and leave meringues in closed oven for 1 hour.
6. Slide a spatula under meringues to release.
NOTE: Handle gently, ghosts are fragile. Makes 8 to 12 ghosts
To create Gravestones:
1. Write R.I.P (or anything else you want) on Milano cookies with black cake decorator gel before inserting into gelato
To create Dirt:
1. Blend 10-15 whole Oreo® cookies in a food processor or simply crush with hands until all the cookies are crumbled (it's okay to have white beads in them - it truly looks like soil)
Pumpkin Patch

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Oreo® cookies (makes dirt)
- 1 box of graham crackers (makes sign)
- 1 bag of pretzel sticks (makes fence)
- 1 bag of Mellowcreme® candy pumpkins
- 1 tube of green cake decorating gel (makes vines)
- 1 can of white frosting (sign writing and to connect fence)
- Chocolate dip for graham cracker sign
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 pan of PreGel Cappuccino Traditional Paste gelato
Directions:
1. Top gelato with Oreo® crumbs "dirt" after extraction
2. Place pumpkins and fence throughout gelato as you desire
3. Use green cake decorating gel to connect pumpkins to symbolize growing vines
4. Place pumpkin patch sign where you desire
5. Place in blast freezer or display case immediately following decoration
To create Dirt:
1. Blend 10-15 whole Oreo® cookies in a food processor or simply crush with hands until all the cookies are crumbled (it's okay to have white beads in them - it truly looks like soil)
To create Chocolate Graham Cracker Sign:
1. Mix over hot water (not boiling) chocolate chips and vegetable shortening; stir until chips melt and turn smooth. Remove from heat but keep chocolate over hot water.
2. Dip graham crackers into chocolate mixture and coat evenly; shake off any excess coating. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator until coating sets.
Note: you could also make the pretzel fence chocolate coated as well
To create Pretzel Fence:
1. Use dabs of white frosting to stick pretzels together like a fence
