FALL’S FLAVOURFUL INSPIRATIONS

The Fall is a great time of year, especially around Thanksgiving. The Indian Summer provides us with nice days, the leaves begin changing colours, and the bounty of the harvest is full of flavourful inspirations. The markets are studded with crisp green apples, hearty orange squash and pumpkins, and chocolate brown chestnuts.
To celebrate the season, and add a new dimension to it, we have come up with several Fall inspired gelato recipes such as Spicy Caramel Apple and Pumpkin Pie that you can find in our October edition of "Notes from the Test Kitchen".
