For the convenience of our clients and other interested parties on the West Coast, PreGel Canada distributor, Northleaf Foods, will be hosting a 2 day Gelato Course in Vancouver, BC.
Training Program Goals:
- Theory of Gelato and Sorbetto
- Formulating and refining recipes
- Hands-on production and procedures
- Serving and sales assistance
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
- Review of PreGel CANADA's product offerings
The course will take place at the following training facility:
ECM Espresso Coffee Machines Co., 3709 1st Avenue, Burnaby, BC, V5C 3V6
There will be a registration fee of $150 that will be deducted upon placement of initial order.
